How are your biscuits packaged?

Our biscuits are individually packaged in sealed cellophane bags for freshness, or within a gift box if ordered as a set.  Orders can be delivered with a gift tag which can be personalised if they are being sent directly to the lucky recipient.

Can they be posted?

Our biscuits can all be posted - we have spent a long time perfecting our shipping to avoid any breakages. If you do happen to receive a broken biscuit please send us a picture along with your details so we can resolve the issue for you.

When should I place my order? ​

All our biscuits are made to order by the team at Teacups & Tandems.  Please allow at least one week for orders.  For bigger orders (40+) we ask for at least two weeks notice where possible.

How long will delivery take? 

 Smaller orders are posted first class with Royal Mail and we use a dedicated courier for larger orders.

How much is a wedding cake likely to cost? 

It is very difficult to provide set prices for cakes as they are all so different. Send us an email and we will happily discuss your ideas before providing a quote.

Do you create cakes and biscuits for people with dietary requirements? 

Please always let us know if your order needs to take into account allergies and dietary requirements. Our biscuits include allergen labels on the bags/ box.

Can you provide a list of ingredients? 

Biscuits: Flour, Caster Sugar, Butter, Free Range Eggs, vanilla bean paste.

Fondant icing: Sugar, Glucose syrup, palm oil, Humectant: E422, Emulsifier: E471, Stabiliser: E413, Preservative: E202, Flavouring.

Royal Icing: Egg whites, icing sugar, glycerine.

Colours may include: E422, E1520, E551, E110, E124, E129, E133, E155, E102, E122, E153, E104, E159. E110, E129, E104, E102 and E124 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

 

Biscuits may include embellishments which contain soya.

How can I order and pay?

Orders can be placed by emailing us directly. To secure your biscuit order we ask for full payment at the time of ordering. For cakes, we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit with the balance payable 2 weeks before your event.

Can I try a sample of your biscuits? 

Samples can be made and sent, however we do charge a small fee to cover our costs.

Do you have a returns or refund policy?

As our goods are perishable we do not accept returns, however if you have an issue with your order please do not hesitate to contact us within 24 hours.
